Net Promotor Score of 83 for Swan.

Swan Energy maintains long-standing relationships with its clients and our Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 83, a globally recognised measurement, helps demonstrate this.

We recently decided to conduct an anonymous survey with our clients, asking them three simple questions. The NPS question asked was, “On a scale of 0-10, how likely they are to recommend our product or service to others?”. We then asked two follow-up questions to gain further insight – “Why did you choose that score?” and “How can we improve?” We were delighted by the score of 83.

The Net Promotor Score is one way that organisations can measure the loyalty and satisfaction of their clients. It is a measurement that is used worldwide and the average NPS is 15. A high score shows that clients are likely to stay with you and share positive stories about you, which supports future growth.

Swan Energy’s Managing Director Andrew Park said: “Our survey feedback has shared great feedback about the team. We are clearly doing something right and our clients have confidence is the service and support that we offer. It is also an indicator for why we continue to grow – having started working with a host of new clients and installations over recent months.”

Although respondents offered no dramatic areas for improvement, Swan Energy strives to continuously improve. For example, this year we have been investing in improving our database to improve our audit reporting.
